Inspection Scope Before Export

Every vehicle is carefully inspected before shipment. The published inspection scope covers the main mechanical and safety systems:

• Engine – starting condition, unusual noise, oil/fuel/coolant leaks and exhaust condition;

• Transmission and clutch – smooth gear shifting, no slipping or abnormal vibration;

• Steering, driveshaft, differential and axles;

• Chassis – deformation, cracks, welding marks and corrosion;

• Braking system – brake drums, brake pads, air tanks, air pipes and air compressor, including air leak checks;

• Tires – tread depth, cracks, uneven wear and air pressure;

• Cab and electrical systems – seats, dashboard, lights, mirrors, windows, air conditioning, wipers and electrical equipment;

• Start-up and road test – engine response, steering stability, braking performance, gearbox operation and abnormal noise.

After inspection we can provide photos, videos and a condition report, and carry out agreed refurbishment such as engine maintenance, oil replacement, tire replacement, cab cleaning, repainting and chassis treatment according to customer requirements.

Five Steps to Purchase

1. Send your purchasing requirements – for example brand, model, production year, engine power, axle configuration, drive type, quantity and target budget;

2. Receive vehicle recommendations – we recommend suitable vehicles and provide photos, videos, specifications and related information for your review;

3. Confirm inspection and service scope – review the vehicle condition and confirm which mechanical inspection or refurbishment work applies to your order;

4. Confirm the order – agree on payment terms, delivery schedule, loading method and shipping port, and prepare the export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, sales contract, customs declaration documents and bill of lading);

5. Ship and deliver – vehicles are shipped by roll-on/roll-off, flat-rack or container shipping depending on size, route and destination port; loading photos and videos can be provided before the vehicles are transported to the port, cleared through customs and loaded onto the vessel.
